Carol Levine Bluestein published author

SEDUCTION: Love Loss Leverage Murder by C. L. Bluestein

This is my first novel. It is a suspense/Thriller featuring romance, action, politics, FBI, and murder.  It took me five years to write it, with input from family, friends, and teachers. It's never too late, right? It is the fulfillment of a life long dream. I wrote it as a book I would want to read at the beach, on a plane, and just relaxing.

Short Summary: Author Rachel Allen, a rape victim with PTSD, reaches out for love and friendship. She is betrayed by both.  Theodore Donovan, philanthropist and vigilante, who is tied to the past, sees Rachel in his future. By a request from global cartel and the White House, he initiates an international assassination. Only Rachel can stop him. Terrified, she must fight for her life and country.

Join me on this incredible journey.

Peter Tucci, June 7, 2015

We received word from Barbara Doernberg Card that Peter passed away in early June on a trip to Augusta, Georgia from Stuart, Florida where he had lived for many years.  He died in an Augusta hospital after taking ill from heart complication.

Change of Space and Pace

After living a lifetime in New York State, and not too far from WPHS, I started visiting the West Coast of Florida.  First having a time share there for many years and then trading up to a condo, I decided, this year, to move permanently to Florida and become a Florida resident.  The strange part is that my daughter works across Bryant Avenue from WPHS and a very close friend is living on North Street, down the road from WPHS.  Both use the zip code 10605, which sounds VERY familiar.  Guess my heart is not ready to truly leave White Plains!  If any of you are living in the Naples, Florida area, I'd love to hear from you.

Lousie Richman Levine

Lousie was probably one of my oldest and best friend for years. Even tho we didn't see each other often, we could always just 'catch up'. I was in shock when Jon called me last Sunday morning. So sad, so sorry/ she was one incredible person who did it all on her own. I am and will be thinking about her wonderful family with whom I had the pleasure to meet over the years. Lousie, not only introduced me to the person who was to become the father of my 3 children, we even spent a year in NYC in an apartment together on Waverly place when we went to NYU. She was also a bridesmaid at my wedding. And. my husband and I went to her wedding-a very long friendship, separated by miles, but they never got in the way.She was truly one of a kind-determind until the end-the world has lost an amazing woman who not just cared for her family, or those whom she loved, she also had an incredible influence on the drug industry. She will truly be missed by so many people-and John Berger said it best-The time 2 years ago, that we were all at Lime Rock (thanks John) was probably one of mine and Louise's and the rest of us who were there one of lifes' most memorable experiences. RIP my dear, dear, friend.

Condolences to Louise's family

Sending condolences to Louise Richman's family and friends.  Though I did not know her well, I too remember lovely smile.  Very sad indeed.

Memories of Louise

What I remember most was her smile!  I will remember her family in my prayers, and am sure that she was surrounded by their love, during this difficult time, which is the most comforting and important aspect of our lives.

Louise Richman Levine

Judy (Lee) Wetzel informed me about Louise Richman Levine's passing. Very sad, and like so many others, premature. I last saw Louise with her husband (Neil) along with Neal Z. and Judy at Lime Rock Park in northwest CT when I chauffered them around the race track. We had a great time and lovely dinner afterwards. We put off too many things in our lives that we later wish we hadn't. I'm just glad this wasn't one of those times.

Dr. Louise Richman Levine, June 6, 2015

It is with great sadness that I just received news that Louise passed away on Saturday.  She had battled cancer some years ago but there were very recent complications that arose a few weeks ago.  The funeral was today, June 8.  I had just spoken to her 4 days ago to wish her a happy birthday since we and another classmate, Phil Viola, shared the same birthday.
