Donation of Kidneys!!!
Jan Willem Snippe's Christmas card said that he and his wife Anita had donated one kidney each to unknown persons in need a kidney. You do have two kidneys but it is very rare for a donor to do it except for very close family.

POLTARAK--William "Bill". November 2, 1944 - March 6, 2017. Beloved husband of Susan, father of Max (Jess) and Ben (Amanda). Grandfather of Brandon and Sophie. Brother of Anne Grimes. He cherished his family, friends and community.
Services were at Temple Israel in White Plains on March 8. I am posting, having read this notice in the NYT but have no further information.
May Billy rest in peace.
